My ige level is 270 ,having breath shortness and wheezing from last 1.5 months..plz tell whats matter

I m suffering from running nose,watery eyes due to cold. It's also results in difficulty in inhaling.This is from last 4-5days

Hello, I am feeling right ear mild pain from today, during swallowing the food or water. What should I do in this case? Can you please suggest any ear drop or medicine? I had undergone FESS & septoplasty in the year 2011 and since then using Nasomac AF nasal spray. In recent CT PNS, report says mild soft tissue attenuation collection in sinuses. So, in this circumstances, what should be an ideal plan for gradual withdrawal of this nasal spray? Which months of a year are usually more vulnerable to an AR patient?

I have a curved septum due to which one of my nose is always blocked . I get common cold very quickly. My condition is almost 4-5 year now. I seen some ent doctor but neighter of them really help me..they said that curved septum is not a problem for this. this is caused by infection if you take these medications for a long time then only you are going to feel good.but the infection does not goes completely.
