Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having problem in Burp.. While Burp too much sounds coming out Kindly suggest me. I feel that after having food some things stuck inside...that why burp is coming to much sounds coming out.

I got a fever a week back. Along with the fever I started feeling pain in my lymph node. As I touched it, I could feel something inside there. I went to doctor he gave me viral medicines. I became well within 3 days. But the pain continued. I regularly applied omnigel on it. Just after 1 week, I again got a bit of fever. I took crocin and slept. Next morning, I saw that the lymph node has swelled and it was paining very much. I went to the doctor he gave me medicines. Like Amoxicillin and combiflame. Why am I having swollen lymph nodes?

I have suffering from 2 months sharp pain when swallow food and mild feaver also, basically right side on my throat.little irritation when swallow food,it's symptoms of thraot tumour,i have no other symptoms.kindly suggest me

Today evening i noticed this problem on my tongue. since 2 days it was hurting when i had hot coffee. And I had lot of dry fruits maybe because of that it happened. Also I had fever since yesterday so I had Paracetamol multiple times. And for tooth pain I had 2tabs Ketorol DT and 2 Lyser D together at a time. Is it some side effect of such medication. She is not able to speak, not a single word , sudden onset of the problem last night, after coughing few times, she is facing difficulty in speaking. She is understanding well everything. All vitals are normal. Basically no sound production from the voice box. Please guide me.
