Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

What is the percentage of troat cancer below age 30? No smoking no alcohol consumption. I am feeling a lump like thing on my throat while swallowing saliva. No symptoms during eating no pain. I took antibiotics and gastric medicine. Nothing changed. What could it be? I feel like something is coming up during breathing air and i am swolling that ball like thing it is then going down and I cannot feel it. It is not happening everytime I breath but sometimes like 5 to 6 times a day.

Hello.I've got some kind of breathing problems and I can't determine why it's happening.I've been feeling shortness of breath for 2 months. I felt this way before when I was anxious and depressed and at those times it was for a specific period of time.But nowadays I'm having it all the time and it feels so bad, often I feel like gasping for air.I am not worried about anything,but when it happens I feel restless like I'm anxious.I also have allergic rhinitis and it's been mor than three months. I take montelukast and a nasal spray for this. My nasal area feels congested. I can hardly take a deep breath. I am overwhelmed with this. I don't if anxiety is causing this or this is causing anxiety.

I was having ear pain last week then I took pain killer it gone away...but from last 3 days I m having sharp pain in ear and when I m eating and burping some stuff is moving and paining. What to do...plz help.

I have disturbed sleep issues. In the past I used to have sneeze a lot in the mornings. Suspecting my breathing issue to be the culprit I started taping my mouth. Sneezing disappeared but I started to experience aerophagia and excessive belching. I am sure that this is due to my mouth being completely shut during the sleep and the resusltant pressure difference. I stopped taping 3 months back but the aerophagia doesn't seem to go away. I want to restore normalcy by partially opening my mouth. Can anyone suggest me a good breathing technique or some other solution.
