Dry throat can be due to many reasons like acid reflux/snoring/ mouth breathing/ inadequate water intake / early bacterial or viral infection. In my opinion pls hydrate enough , do warm water gargles, have honey with warm water twice a day if possible . Do this for two days . Also avoid cold/ sour/ spicy/ packaged foods for a week. if it does not reduce or worsens(wait 2..3 days)...kindly consider a physical consultation with a nearby ent if possible or consult one on this forum. Unless u have fever/ dry cough/ breathlessnes/ weakness/ running nose/ inability to smell things u do not have to worry about being infected with Covid 19 at present! Hope this helps and u have a good night's sleep! 🙂
