Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi i am facing difficulty swallowing since a month I have affected joints as well my doctor told I have seronegative arthritis... My age is 23 ...my crp was 21 and esr40 in september i was on saaz D 1mg morning evening... In october crp was 12 and ese 45...

Suffering from excessive sputum production from nose to back of the pharynx since March 2019 . No coughing, no fever , no weight loss . Sputum is tranperent with excess of bubbles . and morning it usually of yellow colour . And when i forcefully inhale through nose to clear mucus from upper part it comes in yellow colour at morning and a small Dot of blood a very small Dot of blood comes out dot is of grain size . And it vanishes after morning.

I was taking medications of GERD 2 months before. It was reduced and I stopped medicines. Also I had some white spots on throat back wall which still exist since 3 months 1 week ago I had 2-3 cigarettes in party (not regular smoker) from then some throat pain started in between it is reduced bt from 2 days my throat and ears are paining. Pain is  shifting from one side to another I am very much worrying about anything serious. Kindly suggest i am very afraid. Photo attached for white patches.

Feeling very uncomfortable near esophagus while swallowing saliva or food for last 20 days I am on course of 4 doses of pansec, monocef, metrogyl and I couldn't find any improvement in the condition Dr. diagnosed as tonsillitis by physical examination. I am in worry kind suggest what could be the condition.

Mornig when i am trying to clean my tounge i have seen little blood mixed with saliva and i washed out and coudnt see any blood next day morning happend same and next 2 days i have stopped clear tounge there is no blood and after next day i clear my toung with tounge cleaner i could able to see a drop of clotted blood(very small amount clotted). Please advise me..

From last couple of days, I'm feeling ringing sensation or sound in my left ear. I had a cold and fever also.

Sever ear pain from 1 days & now it is also paining my jaw with my submandibular lymph node are palpable & tendre.

I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism I have sore throat , hair fall problem , dehydration, feeling tired all the time , trouble swallowing even my saliva. Will it get worse ? Is 100%cure possible?

From Last 2 days feeling something stuck in mouth or throat, so decided to look through in found a white small spot inside throat, feeling a food particle stuck tried moving in by drinking water, but not solved. please help to know better that is it any type of boils or infection.
