Seems broken toothpick struck or some irritation in throat. No pain. Need advice. How to handle it. Should I eat banana or some other medicine for removal

It probably is a congested throat due to mild infection or seasonal allergy

Next Steps

Start Betadine gargles (10 ml gargle solution diluted with 10 ml of water) twice a day for 3 days
