Sir please guide if Nezact powder spray can provide effective relief from allergy? Is it harmless for nose & sinuses?

A small bubble appear below the tongue.after that slowly a swelling will come.if the eat any solid thing swelling is increases.and sometimes it is painfull.sometimes some water will come out from bubble.and it is sticky.

I had  salivary gland stone last month, used antibiotics and it cured, the stone also removed on its own , but again after 2 months this salivary gland infection happens, without stone, full ear paining and can't eat anything, is this serious decease, and why it happened again and with out stone, please reply

Blood is coming from mouth in morning  1 time morning or some time 2 time from last month what should I do

My daughter had pregnency induced thyroid tsh 2nd trim 3.9 3rd Trimester 2.4 Was on thyronorm 25mg Till delivery on 3 aug 2019 But postpartum without medicine tsh remain 0.29 and 0.19 till last month Tpo test report became negative But this month tsh -(8.4) and free t4  -(0.21) Does she has hypothyroidism If no then what medication to take to keep it normal

Hi please suggest is there any home remedies for ringing in the ear suddenly like buzzling sound As i have seen the doctor 2 times and they checked my ear and told nothing .but whenever i get mucus in my throat i get ringing sound.is there any problem.please tell what to do.

Blood test done nothing positive Consulted with a local ENT specialist, they told nothing to worry bay me infection or some other reason due to nose pin. The bleeding is not always but occurred 15dayas once and has happened 3 time so far.
