Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have sneezing problems in morning . this is genetic problem .I have visited many reputed doctors. They told me you don't have any big problem .It will get alright. They gave me medicines and I got alright for 20 days but again same happened. I also took ayurvedic and saw some results . But I didn't get alright now also I get sneezing in morning.It has became permanent problem now regularly I have allergies in morning in every environment . Please suggest me what should I do . which medicines to take.

I am having constant ear pain and throat pain while swallowing since 7-8 months. Been to 5(five) ENT's and 6(six) General physician.Everybody told it's nothing but Tonsilitis and pharyngitis. I did all sort of test Endoscopy, CBC, Laryngoscopy,LFT, otoscopy. Did 4-5 round of antibiotics but no relief. A constant Post nasal drip  is there because of that I keep on clearing throat.Now because of repeated visit to Doctors my last doctor prescribed to consult a PSYCHIATRIST. My concern is- 1. If nothing serious is there why the pain and irritation not going away? 2. Does post nasal drip cause ear pain and throat pain(left side pain only) for so long or am I suffering from CANCER? 3. Does Anxiety cause these symptoms or  am I really going Insane or Doctors are not able to diagnose me properly? I have attached my throat pic please have a look.

I have a running nose and itching in my ears for more than a year now. Earlier, i took it to be due to cold but when summer came in and running nose was still an issue, I went to see an ENT in March. He told me that my ears are clean, and gave me suppressant for the continuous sneezes and running nose. However, as the medicine course finished, the symptoms came back. I am constantly covering my mouth, nose and ears while stepping out so that dust doesn't enter. Can there be any other problem which was not addressed?

My mother aged 58 years discovered a lump below her left jaw about a month ago. We visited a ENT surgeon  who ordered FNAC  lump & USG NECK. The reports statements are : USG report states multiple enlarged lymph nodes in the left submandibular region and anterior cervical chain. Some are matted. A submandibular lymph node (25×11 mm) is diffusely hypoechoic with evidence of necrosis and shows increased colour flow. Also it also states nodular thyroid disease with multiple ( approx 4) hypoechoic nodules of approx 5-7 cm in size are seen in both the lobes. No evidence of calcification or any cystic lesion seen. While the FNAC  reads smear studied under giemsa staining shows adequate material with moderate cellularity composed of amaal/large lymphoid cells admixed with plasma cells and degenerated epithelial cells in a haemorrhagic background. Bacterial colony seen. Cytological features suggestive of chronic lymphadenitis. Should we go for Excisional biopsy as advised by ENT surgeon or not

I am 40 yrs male having inferior turbinate hypertrophy and also having mild DNS. I visited ENT and he advised me to go for septoplasty. My prime concern is turbinate swelling which occurs only in night or during rearing time and also switches side resulting blocking my nasal passages one at a time. Is septoplasty is the only solution or these is separate medication / surgery for turbinate hypertrophy for its size reduction. I am not a mouth breather and also having anxiety issues upon even thinking of my nostrils packing after septoplasty. Hence, suggest any good ENT in Delhi/NCR who does septoplasty without nasal packing and also does Laser ablation for turbinate.

My left side tonsil is swollen. I am having fever around 103 C. My left ear also paining. Please suggest

My son 4 years , suddenly got right ear pain in middle of night. Please suggest any immediate steps.Thank you

For a regular metaspray user, is it appropriate to apply spray when suffering from cold & cough? Can regular breathing exercise substitute need for use of corticosteroids spray and to what extent?

I have white spots(3 big and others are small) below  uvula and also i have problem in swallowing.Even during  drinking water it hurts .I went to the dr and he prescribed me alexclav 625,montair lc,enzoflam,betadine gargles,polybion syrup.Now i am on my 3rd day of this medication but my condition does not  seem improving.Please help

Have been using Otrivin for several years and not able to stop it.. Not able to breath freely when i don't experience cold/ flu symptoms and using this Otrivin.. Kindly advise on the alternative for stoppage..
