Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have lesion at right side of tongue and dr recommended for ultrasound. I have visited hospital but they denied for usg. Can any one suggest me for that. I have attached the image of tongue.

Hi From 1 day n 2 night i m suffering from throat pain while swallowing . Lot of cough is also there. I m taking Azithromycin n sumo tab. But pain not going. Please suggest.

Getting pain some time in cheek or wisdom tooth side. More than 6 month. Today did Ultra sound. Radiologist said no issue found. But what is that impression.

I am nandini Ballamudi and i am suffering with ear ache since so many days.I don't use earphones much and dont spend more than one hour on calls.I even got cold and slight fever which just continued to ache my ear.Can i know why is it so?

I'm a chronic sinusitis & allergic rhinitis patient. Before 1 month I had cold and cough. Initially treated with Amoxycillin, Dolo 650 Then Moxinow, Montair FX, Mcberry(10 days over from this course of treatment) But bout of cough begins with no indication to stop. Then offered following Mcberry, Ebast 20, Montair FX, Betadine antiseptic Cough frequency & duration reduced. But still cough starts with specific feeling of etching in throat.Highly irritating & painful. How this bout of cough can be cured, advice please. Regards.
