Septum deviation severe sinus pain
I have been diagnosed with septum deviation and sinus blocks.recurrent cold and throat infections since 2-3 months.i have started JAL neti (saline wash) ,warm compress, steam. All these are giving relief but doctors suggested sinus drain and correction surgery. I'm scared of surgery .will these remedies help to drain the mucus completely if I regularly practise them of is there a infection chance? I have two toddlers who need my complete presence and can't be absent for recovery time and other complications. will it be normal I. Two days or recovery might take longer time?
