4 White spots formed circled on my rtons

I don't know how to describe but there are  4 white spots on my right tonsils or behind it (hiding) I checked twice with ent doctor. First time he said it's tonsil stones and will fall off. Second time I went and he said there's no tonsils stones and he said some medical term called mucous something like that but I don't know properly the medical term. My question is it doesn't goes it stays there and when I asked my ent doc he said let it be there why do u care. But my thinking says may be he dint find it clear since when I open my mouth and with force I pull back it appears.. my question is when an ent doc analyse or see will he able to see the everything inside my mouth whether it's normal or abnormal? When my doc saw he explained that he got 20 years experience and he know it's normal or abnormal but I freak out when i see in mirror when ever I check.. he said it's nothing  and if there are spots let it be.. he said!! And he jovially said If I visit next time he will kick me out!
