4 white spots on right tonsils
I have 4 white spots on my right tonsils from November 2019.. i showed to ent doctor and he said it is tonsil stones and it will fall off. But till date it dint disappear and i do daily salt water gargling also but it doesn't go away. He gave medications for gerd since i have lpr. And also pre and pro biotics but i dint take the medication properly. I am worried why it isn't going away. Is it anything serious

White spots in tonsils are know as Tonsilloliths. Each tonsils have large Tonsillar crypts , the food particle will struck inside, which than turns into Tonsilloliths. It give Bad smell (Halitosiis) also.
Next Steps
Sub capsular tonsillectomy with Coblation will give you permanent solution.

Its nothing serious. Let it be. If you are having repeated throat pain or tonsillitis or any difficulty because of tonsils, think about tonsillectomy.
