Feeling Something Stuck In My Throat

From years i feel something is stuck in my throat ( below the thyroid gland (adams apple). Shown to ent specialist he said its granular pharyngitis by seeing my tonsil area.!! But i feel something is stuck below the adams apple or u can say thyroid gland.!! What should i do??

Sinusitis problem since 2019 april

Sir due to sinusitis my hearing is decreased in every after common cold.. Also my nasal septum is slightly deviated which i had known by CT scan... What should i do? Should i do nasal septum and middle ear operation? What is the risk of surgery? I had eaten toomany antibiotics like Cloff500 etc.. But thery is no change..
