Hole in eardrum
Hello, my father has perforation in left ear drum membrane which is not in the middle but to a side. Doctor advised a surgery. Is it really necessary to go for a surgery or can it be cured through medications. I read online that most of the cases it heals itself, is it true. Please advise. I attached the pictures of endoscopy.
