Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Is it necessary to take thyroid tablet empty stomach?? What if one doesn't get a bowel movement in the morning .. Is it still fine to take the tablet

"The sensation of having something stuck in the throat" I have been feeling this from a week now! Last year the same issue happened with me so i got checkup done by an ENT! He gave me some antibiotics and said this is pharyngitis! After consuming those meds, in a week or so that sensation gone away! But Recently i have moved to a new city, i have been feeling this again! When now i concerned this with a general physician i was adiviced to take this medicine - Levofloxacin Tablets (Lovobest 500) Is this antibiotic med for pharyngitis? Which antibiotic is good for pharyngitis? *Amoxicillin or Penicillin or Cefuroxime* Please Suggest!

Repeat MLS(2nd time) was done  by ENT surgeon for removal of Polypoid mass growth in antecommissure and vocal cord in Oct'2019. First removal was done on July 2019.Biopsy report of Tata Memorial hospital Mumbai in the first instance and subsequently by Dr. Tribedi & Roy, Kolkata  and PG Hospital, Kolkata for 2nd instance reveals benign tissue. Present problem is after second surgery which also involves removal of residual growth there is no clarity of voice. Voice is suppressed. May i request for an kind advise as to how can the voice be improved. I am a diabetic, BP and cardiac male patient of age 66 years. Post angioplasty in 2016 i am on medication which alsi includes aspirin, clopidogrel and atorvastatin, teneligliptin and amlodac 50/5.Pls.advise.Also is there any further chance of growth. Fail to understand why the griwth reappeared in the second instance. Regards

Hii I have sudden pain in my right ear 👂. It was  ok till  afternoon then slowly started pain. I couldn't even bear pressure by hand on it by then. And now after 4 to 5 hr. it becomes intense and started spreading to lower back of ear. I am having cough from last 4 to 5 days and I used to cough bit hardly. Does it could be the reason?

It's nearly about one week I'm not able to hear properly with my right ear and it's feel like a heaviness which we feel whenever we are in mountains like regions.Kindly do something as soon as possible.
