Ear infection
Left Ear is wet from 3 days from the time I put small fingure into ear. I don't have nails. Also, I can hear ssssss sound from that ear like when we get after bathing. I have no previous case with that ear. I generally get nose blocked in the morning but I don't have cold.

Seems to be an infection in your ear. We may have to start antibiotics and drops. As of now, keep your ear dry. No water should enter your ear. You can keep a vaseline coated cotton plug in ear while bathing. Also no self cleaning of ear. And avoid forceful blowing of nose.
Next Steps
Please consult on chat so that treatment can be started after a bit more detailed discussion with regards to your issue.

The most logical explaination from this brief incomplete history points towards self trauma induced ottitis externa. Please tell whether you have pain in /behind the ear ? Any change in hearing status? Any discharge coming out of ear,if yes foul smelling or non foul smelling?
Next Steps
You need antibiotic ear drops with steroidal components. Take pain killer of pain associated as per the pain levels.
Health Tips
No more set ear trauma by finger tips or ear buds No water should go in while taking bath. Use cotton with vaseline in ear while bathing for a week
