Lightheadedness and blocked ear 10 weeks
Hi doc! Attached tympanogram result and doctor's prescription . Please let me know if there is fluid in ear based on this. Blocked feeling in left ear and lightheadedness/dizziness since last 2 months. All tests done, audiogram, tympanometry, brain CECT scan, vit b12, vit d all normal. Consulted multiple ENTs, Neurologist all saying normal ears. Whereas I can feel blocked ear and constant lightheadedness. Only suggested steam which I'm taking regularly since last 2 months, still no relief. Please suggest some remedy/antibiotic for it.

Tympanometry is suggesting some middle ear issue, but need to see audiogram report to correlate it Also if you can share previous ENT consultation papers, that would also help Based on your history you probably have middle ear fluid or inner ear irritability Both can be managed with medications Also please inform whether there's any blocked nose/ running nose/ sneezing?
Next Steps
please revert back with above information
