Pain in ear, tinnitus
Having tinnitus problem in ears, had it before also once. This time it's since almost a month.. But now the ringing has reduced instead, pain behind ears, at times inside ears and throat is happening... Since few hours im feeling a little tightness in the jaw also... Due to lockdown im not able to visit a doctor to explain the whole thing and get it checked properly, what should I do? Is there any mild antibiotic I should take, supposing that it could be an ear infection? What shall I do please guide... 🙏 It's bothering me

More details are needed here. Probably you are having a TM joint inflammation. Although a possibility of infection can be ruled out only after a detailed discussion and possibly a picture of your throat amd inside ear. As of now, just take combiflam in case of pain. Chew from both sides and take only soft food.
Next Steps
Kindly consult with more details and pictures so that further treatment can be prescribed after confirmation of diagnosis.
