Good antacid with antibiotic
Which antacid is good to take with azithromycin? I had cough after which I was prescribed azithromycin 500 mg on day 1 followed by 250 mg till day 5. On day one I developed stomach upset after taking 500 mg dose. So to treat it can I take any antacid? Like pentoprazole

I think ppi like pantaprazole can interfere with antibiotics.
Next Steps
Pls take Rantac 150 twice daily in future.
