Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I feel my right nostril gets stuffy at night and can feel little heavyness in right ear, i dont know if its ear wax build up ..but i felt like whoosing air innear sound when i yawned today .. tell me immediate relief remedy.. should i put ear wax drops if there is any medicine

I have a bend nose.an accident took place in my childhood,after from that incident my nose began to bend, now front soft bone of my nose bend in right side.how to cure it??any exercise???or operation must???

I have bilateral submandibular and posterior cervical nodes more than 2 and half years... now New nodes in both armpit and both clavicular area... FNAC posterior node results reactive lymphadentis... I don't have fevers, cold, breathing issues or anything... sometime neck hurts and sometimes not... Can anyone help with MY NODES ARE REACTING FOR WHAT ??? How to rule out ??

Like something wire stuck in my throat.also scratchy and dry and tightness in throat.suffering from 1year. my doctor says its LPR. Larangoscopy shows normal results. some days white pimple in tonsil. what is the reason.? i have take medice of acid.but did not work. pls say something.

He have chronic cough frm last one month tried cough syrup but not cured. Should I go for Ascoril D.
