Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

4 days back My son 5 year old show me a lump inside mouth. I don't know when it appear I have 4 days back.. what is this I m afraid.. photo is attached .. please help me what is this..

My wife is 25 year old and she has pain in mouth roof and difficult to eat food from 1 days . Please suggest what should we do. Also he feet tried.

Doctor iam getting ear pain since from a week, i consulted doctor he given some medications, syrup amd drops(vistanac-sp, octopod-200, ZEET, otorex, oprix) Used everything but also not cured and in my ear there is some dry wax which will not come outside by using ear buds..... i cant hear properly just iam hearing less volume sound ... please give some suggestions...iam  worried
