Dry cough for three days. Voice hoarse. No fever. No body pain. No runny nose or headache. Gargling twice a day. Taking 500 mg paracetemol once a day.

More details needed. However if the voice has gone hoarse, and cough is only dry, you can stop gargles. Instead take steam inhalation twice daily for 10 min. Also do some voice rest.
