Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have tinnitus in both ears and my right ear tinnitus increase 10 days ago. I am undergoing gastric medication(pantop, mycolon, sucrafil). Also I have nasal congestion from a month. Though my nose is clear, I can only breath from one nasal at a time. I have contacted ENT specialist for tinnitus and she said my nose walls are swollen and recommended Duonase nasal spray. Its been a week and still I am breathing from one nose and my tinnitus is still same. Also i have occasional head ache, mainly behind ears and back side of head. I am worried about tinnitus and constantly worrying

Do it hurts all around the head if we have sinus?? Just let me know please anxiety makes me feel i have tumor in brain cause anxiety weaks my hands and legs

I am a breast feeding mother for 50 days old baby. Am suffering from cold, nasal congestion and sore throat since 3 days. Have a history of sinusitis and migraine for 10 years now. Took dolo 650 (one tablet per day) for sinusitis pain. But it seems more like allergy as the sputum is yellow in color. Do not have temperature. Which antibiotic works good in this case??

Can someone explain me the report. Is the thyroid normal or should I consult any specialist? If consultation is required which specialist doctor should I meet?

Hello doctor ! 3 days before i got running nose with cough, sneezing and little fatigue...after taking tablet my running nose issue stopped...But now i have severe cough which comes in a gap of 15 to 20 secs gap...Am worried... I feel like itching in my throat, due to that i get this cough... Now i have cold ( not running nose but of semiliquid type) and severe cough... Please help

4 days back I sensed a lump on the right side of the neck. Not visible to the eye but I could feel it when pressing the fingers a bit deep. It was initially painful when I clasped it today it is not. I am not able to sense any increase in size. No issues with throat or difficulty while swallowing food, no cold/running nose nor sore throat. I am on a course of Cepodem 200 n Enzoflam. When should I expect the swelling to subside? Its bothering me mentally. Today I found one more lump around the front base of the neck where the shoulders form a cavity. This lump is not visible to the eye too only felt with finger tips . Unlike the first this one isn't painful when agitated/pressed. Should I be worried?

My symptoms are excessive sneezing, running and itchy nose, hay fever, headache, ears popping etc please prescribe treatment for this. Thanks

Pain in the head,nose,cheeks and around the eyes from 12 days and the pain started after common cold.

I have cold for more than 10 days now . It was runny 5 days before but now it has become extremely dry. I haven't taken any medicine for the same . I don't have fever . Just dry stuffy nose . How to cure this?
