Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From last few days I feel something in my throat when I gulp.slight pain in chest while coughing has also started.. I am feeling something like this from few days back at night ordered food from outside. Kindly help me.

I have sinusitis, lust 20 days ago had a flight journey suddenly while landing had a severe headache which started from right then to Left...and mucous started coming out .. happened for the first time...as I landed everything for back to normal...the next day had bleeding from my right nose...with cough... should to doctor gave medicines... dry bleed remained to come out for 3-4 days with mucous...then stoped came back through flight but this time no pain but the mucous got heavy into the head ... finding heavy feel in head as the cough was moving from right ear side to left...some sensation was going on my head...took medication and a CT scan continued the medicine as prescribed...the cough got dry and had a pain so left the last 2 days dosage...again yesterday night had the same pain this time in my right head ...ND today in the morning blood came out from my left nose...with mucous...kindly help!!

So when was i touching my jaws,i noticed a small movable gland like thing on either side underneath the jaw line. Maybe an inch below the ear. A long time ago, years ago I remember feeling that on both of my jaw. It dusnt hurt much. Is this something normal? Should I see anyone. I dont know if i had this all this time. Like its the same on both sides.

My mother aged 55 and diabetic has developed a painful hard lump above her collarbone on her left side two days ago all of a sudden...it's very sensitive and painful to touch...Should we go for fnac/ biopsy? Does it points to anything cancerous

सर् मेरे दाएं गाल पे अंदर से एक गठान बन गया था चोट लगने के वजह से डॉक्टर ने सर्जरी की सलाह दी सर्जरी के बाद मेरे फेस का एक्सप्रेस खराब हो गया है सिर्फ दाएं गाल के तरफ से काम नही करता दाएं तरफ की नाक में भी ठीक से काम नही करता, पलक झपकने से दाएं गाल ऊपर के तरफ उठता है

I went to the doctor earlier they did ear clean because of my ear got infected that means (fungas). Again they did same but there is no use. Can you please suggest me what I need to do.

Hi do ctor i have querry for my mom. She is 50 years old . She had a small clot like a pomegranate seed for this i went to dental doctor he prescribed medicines and then it become more in size. There was little pus in that area but after that it is grown . I am attaching a image. Please let me know that what is the problem and what will be solution whom to see her . I am very anxious. I had cough and cold since last 4-5 days which is near to cure now, but since past 2 days i am experiencing ear cloaging and mild pain. If i try to open cloaging by nose pressure it hurts. Please advise !

Cough for More than 5 months.. sometime facing breathing difficulty and tightness in throat..mucus is coming in white color and sometime in light green colour

Since from 3 days, am suffering from severe ear and throat pain on left side, wherever I drink or eat something, it pains a lot during swallowing.. Kindly tell me solution to this problem
