Headache (sinusitis)
I had severe headache from last 2 year if I sleep less or under stress or in case of dust allergy along with pricky pain in the back of the ear and forehead at a time either at left side or right side and facial swelling .It last for 6 to 8 hours. Sometimes I also have nasal congestion, ear congestion and throat irritation. I strongly feel it's a sinusitis, can you please suggest any medication for this.

More details are needed to come to a correct diagnosis. There may be component of sinusitis, but other causes of headache like migraine/ stress headache etc has to be ruled out as well. Also since its bothering you for 2 years, did you ever met any doctor for same? Or any investigation?
Next Steps
Please consult so that detailed discussion can be done  to confirm the diagnosis and start the treatment accordingly.
