Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a sore throat for 4-5 days. But not fever or any Symptoms. And very mild sore throat. I have already taken ciprofloxacin anti biotics.

Are dry cough and dry throat the same...iam not having any cough but having dry throat...I have no travel history...iam worried ...since having dry throat since 5-6 days...

I m suffering from sinusitis and I m taking homeopathy medicines 2 years. Some relief but many times I feel a heavy head load and on eye. I am also having ct scan of pns... Please suggest me a proper medication and actual problem...

Hi i have a throat pain from 09 march 2020. I had visited general physician, I am attaching the prescription given by Dr. After taking the medicine pain was reduced, but again from last two days the pain has increased.
