Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Chronic throat clearing from 2 and half months with no cold or fever. I don't know whether it is PNS or LPR. Had CT scan of chest and Neck and the report came with the mild mucosal thickening involving bilateral maxillary sinus. X rays of nose tell the same.

I have allergy problem.i saw videos that indicates I am suffering from rhintis problem.so I am asking for what medication I should use.its every day running nose sneezing itching.i am not able to do any work.

I am having throat pain since 19th march. Have took a course for antibiotics as well as suggested by doctor. Pain in throat while swallowing is not going away. I do not have ang fever and negligible cough. I at present take Zerodol Sp and gas tablet empty stomach in the morning. Please suggest

Hi doctor, please help me with the dosage of betadine, how much to take so as to dilute with water. I just gargled with a glass of water in which i mixed 15ml, but later while gargeling I felt that it got too diluted with water so i mixed another 10-15ml of betadine in remaining water + little warm water I added, so is it an overdose of betadine?
