Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from uncontrollable itching in ears for almost a year. It's not a constant condition however I almost always feel it once in a couple of days. I am not sure if it is wax. What will be a safe way to remove wax?

I have been suffering from throat pain from last 5 days.It is paining even more after swallowing something.I dont even have cold.

8 days back i had cold beverage with ice from very next day my throat was sore and it was recoverd too after having home remedies and azax 500 but now am feeling Discomfort like cough and salaiva blocking in my throat.

Pain in outer part of ear, but inner part has no pain. Please help us to let us know the problem and solution.

I had a history of tinnitus since past 3-4 months, recently i was on a course on zyrtec and Absolut 3g which improved my tinnitus by 70%. But after leaving the course i feel it is cominbt back slowly, i suspect there's a ruptured eardrum, since when I blow my nose, 50% of the time, Air goes out of the ear whereas in my right ear nothing happens. Also when i press near my cheekbone a squeaking sound comes up.. is air coming out of ear this many times indicate a rupture? Morning time when I put finger in ear little bit water type thing is present.

Pls suggest any medicine for throat pain... ?? I am doing gargle regularly and taking Mox 500 in antibiotic,if any other medicine to be taken kindly suggest?
