Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have granual pharyngitis from 2year and  i also have thrist problem if i will not drink water then i feel anxiety,vomiting feeling,difficulty in breathing. and all my reports are normal. how to cure this problem. i have attached my ct scan of abdomen.

Coughing is not getting treated by any medicines provided by doctors. ESR always high around 40-45 for more than 4-5 years inspite of taking medicine. Doctors have not found any problems in blood report other than ESR. Thyroid RBC ,WBC normal. Already taken lot of antibiotics over years prescribed by doctors. Please suggest treatment.

Couldn't swallow saliva cold and sneezing but no fever please let me know the medicines for getting cured

I used nasonex nasal spray once when I was suffering from common cold..I have sinusitis problem..I feel mucus blockage in my entire ear section..larynx..not able to swallow food properly..earlier i never used to have such symptoms in common cold..is this coz of side effect due to nasonex .kindly guide me

I have clicking sound in ear while swallowing in ear but no pain..is it normal for everyone to have that..or something wrong

Some days back i had my wisdom tooth and adjacent tooth extraction.. Doctor put stitches on the roots where the tooth was extracted, because it needs surgical procedure for the extraction. Once after that While removing the stitches, doctor applied a spray on the gums to remove the stitches without any pain. That spray spreads over my tongue. From the next day onwards i lost taste sensation on one side of my tongue. Could you please suggest me a good remedy for that??

Hlo Dr... I am noticing a red spot on the back of my tongue or near the throat, it feels itching and there is no pain or smthing during swallowing, its just irritating and itching.. Am uploading a picture of it, please please let me know what is that, why does taht occur, do's and donts, will dat go way on its own and is it dangerous if i leave it untreated...
