Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My daughter had pregnency induced thyroid tsh 2nd trim 3.9 3rd Trimester 2.4 Was on thyronorm 25mg Till delivery on 3 aug 2019 But postpartum without medicine tsh remain 0.29 and 0.19 till last month Tpo test report became negative But this month tsh -(8.4) and free t4  -(0.21) Does she has hypothyroidism If no then what medication to take to keep it normal

My 5year son hear louder due to which sometimes I feel that he is having some hearing aid. Kindly help Regards

Blood test done nothing positive Consulted with a local ENT specialist, they told nothing to worry bay me infection or some other reason due to nose pin. The bleeding is not always but occurred 15dayas once and has happened 3 time so far.
