Throat pain on the left side while swallowing food/liquids since one day. There's no pain otherwise. Please suggest. Thank you.

Acoustic Neuroma of size 1.8 cm spotted. Considering age factor, we should study the tumour growth and then go for radio therapy or right away we should undertake the treatment ? Its a medium sized tumour. Please let us know

My nose is continuously blocked and I have to take nasal spray every 7-8 hours as the blockage becomes extreme and I have to breathe through mouth. Even blowing the noise doesn't relieve of the blockage. There are no other signs of cold like cough or sore throat. My cold generally gets cured in around 7 days. But these blockages have been there now for nore than 2 weeks. Is this some kind of allergy? I'm living in Bangalore. What should I do to get rid of it? Also, how should I prevent my body to have this allergic reaction in future?

I have this bad cold from more than a year now. When I went to get treated year back doctor told my nasal bone was increased and that is the reason I sneeze so he prescribed me with that bone issue. Now I think sneezing is the minor issue I have right now, cold is so badly affecting my body. I am having trouble while breathing, I feel pain in my chest,head, throat. It's been long that I have taken a breath effortlessly. What home remedy I can try and whome should I consult. What tests should I take?
