V shape bumps on back of tongue
V shaped tongue coloured bumps same colour as tongue on the back of tongue. Mild pain and no bleeding or pain swallowing. It has been there from 4 days. Before that I smoked and drank for 3-4 days continuesly.

Allergy issue
Hello Dr, I have an issue of allergy for the past six months. Mainly running nose, sometimes eyes are getting red colour and itching on eyes,nose and ear. There will be itching on throat as well. But I don't have any breathing problem.
