Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi , I frequently have running nose with thin cough coming out and also sneeze. What can be reason? And any home remedy which could help me? Thanks in advance for your inputs.

Few days back I was feeling quite weak and having a headache soon I also started feeling feverish and I my throat would hurt so I took Dolo medicine along with gastric and antibiotic. My fever and other illness were cured but I still have this pain while swallowing. I thought it was just tonsil so I took Longenez medicine, did gargle and drank warm water but still the pain is not reducing. Please help and give me suggestion.

What is the blood /other test to diagnose TB? I have persistent swelling cervical lymph, breathing problem and a lot of weakness.

There is whitish spot in tonsils. It occurred in right side of the tonsil. How to remove it? Is it serious problem for health? Why it causes.

Can rigorous amount of throat clearing for half an hour cause small spot of blood to come in spit while clearing throat with no other issues.

I have a ear pain which has Been reoccurring for a while. The same ear has flacky wax and I keep pricking it, which triggers the pain. Pl advise

There is one month gone this is now 4th time every week swelling in Thorat inside and paining then come cold and cough after taking medicine feel better for one week thereafter swelling again what should I do?
