I have tonsil problem almost 10 days on one side having pain earlier there was sore throat and pain in swallowing taken cetil av by local dr that problem resolved but now having tonsil problem

More details are needed on your symptoms like any fever, cough, cold. Also a picture will be helpful.
Start gargles after meals. Avoid very cold and spicy food.
