Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

1. Rough Throat 2. Morning and Evening Soar Throut 3. Inside Mouth feel Rough ( see attached image)

Since 10 days I am feeling that I am able to hear less from my left ear. However I am having seviour cold as well. But my concern is because in child hood I had hole in ear drum of that particular ear which was treated with medicines. Sometime I feel I am hearing so low from that ear some time it's little better but not exactly normal hearing is there. When I am doing exercise ear become normal for a while then again it's getting abnormal. So should I ignore this is due to cold or something else ?

I am 26 years old I am suffering from recurrent Bell's plasy first time it happened at the age of 13 years recovered almost 95 percent(  most horrible one) now it's been 2 years since i had Bell's plasy i visited neurologist taken taken medicine for (1.5 years) still not recovered ... I have synkinesis too like when i laugh my Bell's plasy eye gets close also feel pain on non Bell's plasy side cheek..and my Bell's plasy side cheek is thinner than non Bell's plasy side cheek ... Please Doctor suggest any treatment or surgery to fix this Bell's plasy problem

I am suffering from cough and throat pain. I visited the hospital and doctor given me cillin tablets,enzocort 6 & singoflam so After taking medicine then there is no pain in throat  but if I not take medicine then again throat pain get started. What is the causes of it? is there any serious problem like throat cancer?

Found that No Abnormality detected in brain but one finding is that Mild mucosal thickening is noted in bilateral maxillary sinuses. my request is please tell status of health condition and treatment for this.
