Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From past 5 days my right nostril is paining with little swelling and no pus formation as of now. When I touch during face wash and pranayama, have lot of inconvenience with pain. I don't have fever, headache or any other symptoms. Am doing daily once steaming. Can you please quickly suggest me the best possible available remedies that can give me relief. Right now am not taking any medicines. Please help me address this asap

Always feels sour throat and congested nose specially after sleep. Mucus is hard to remove from nose. Sometimes causes headache. Suspect sinusitis? Day time nose feels clear but throat remains sour.

My wife is suffering from hypothyrodisam for the last 14 years. On the initial stage she consulted a doctor. He prescribed her thyrox 100 tablet for every day.later it has been reduced to thyrox 50 and thyrox 25 respectively. From the last 4 years she is consuming thyrox 25 tablets. Right know the thyrox 25 tablets with us is finished so i went to a chemist and he given as ThyroAce 25 tab. If it is advisable to consume thyroAce 25 in place of thyrox 25.

I visited to a Doctor for Ear wax removal , He gave me Otostar ear drop,I started using it but after 2 days my right ear starts paining then I stopped using that ear drop and after 3 days I did not felt any pain but wax in liquid form is running out from my ear when I fall asleep , Please suggest me how it can be stop.

Hi doctor. Thanks for reading my question and giving suggestions. Recently I got treatment for tooth decay. After that I got throat infection as declared by doctor (general physician). Even dentist informed me it's because of cold. For throat infection I took clav-625, flexinac for 5 days. I don't have cold, cough, fever or breathing issue. Even I don't have travel history or I don't even contact any person who have travel history. Till now I am feeling the same means something stuck in my throat. No irritation or itching and I don't have pain in swallowing. I have neck pain. Sometimes I feel upper chest heaviness. After throat infection I am at home completely. Due to lockdown situation I am not able to out. Is this Tonsillitis. Please guide and suggest any good medicine. Thanks a lot.
