Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have gerd but when I breath there is whizzing sound that something is stuck in the throat continuously I clear my throat dr said it will be due to gerd Can it is a symptom of LPR I get pantocid daily but can't get better result

I havr swollen tonsils since 3 years occasionally there is thick yellow discharge comes from tonsil crypts i tried lot of antibiotics not worked no pain no fever nothing only swollen

I have been feeling this muscular lump on the left side of my tongue more on the ventral surface. It is painless and not visible from the outside. It can only be felt when I squeeze my tongue with my teeth. I used to be a smoker and I have quit recently, but I am afraid if it is something to be worried about. It feels really uncomfortable even though it is not painful at all.
