Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I have sore throat at night from last 8-9 months, though its not daily but yes it exists, i did chest and nose xray 3-4 months ago but everything was clear, i also did blood test on kidney, liver, ige and etc but all were clear except the ige level to 400 which is allergic m In sputum test klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria was detected for which doctor told me to take ceftum for 10 days, which was somewhere between august 2019. I dont have any other problem like breathing or cough etc beside normal cough on cold. What can be reason of sore throat, is it like post nasal dip etc ? Cough and mucus seems normal, its just little sore throat feeling, which last half/1 hour based on time. Is it something serious. Thank you.

I smoke one cigarette a day But gives me a chronic sore throat I have GERD as well Nothing makes it better

During my sleep at night and when I wake up in the morning my throat gives me a spicy feeling . And after sometime after waking up it goes away.And again kid of sleep and early morning it continues. It's been 2-3 weeks now . A bit reduced but not sure why it is so .. worried a well ..

My father has moderately large polyps which is sticking out of his nose and has grow towards his right eye. The polyps has been there for almost 20 years and recently it has came out more and was bleeding the doctor gave medication to stop bleeding and the bleeding has stopped now. But the doctors are saying they need to do a high consult OT by signing bond. Need help and second opinion.

I am having throat pain from about 10-12 days I have already took azithromycin and sinarest in first week for 3 days and now I am taking clarithromycin and  aceclofenac+paracetamol But still there is pain what can I do??

Pain in left ear from yesterday night. Not able to tolerate the pain. Please suggest some medicine or painkiller.

I have pain in my right ear for the last 2 days. I use earhones very often and after the pain started, I have stopped using them. I tried cleaning my ear with cotton earbuds and after that the pain actually increased. No hearing issue, but I feel numbness in right side of face and in the teeth on the right side. I had taken one combiflam for pain relief the day before yesterday, which seemed to work but the pain is back now as I touched the ear again trying to reduce mild irritation in the ear. Please suggest some medicine or Ear Drops. Thanks.

Sir, i had ear pain two weeks ago then i used drop and felt good but now for two days it again started and also light watery fluid coming and when air enter it hurt more.
