Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Like something wire stuck in my throat.also scratchy and dry and tightness in throat.suffering from 1year. my doctor says its LPR. Larangoscopy shows normal results. some days white pimple in tonsil. what is the reason.? i have take medice of acid.but did not work. pls say something.

He have chronic cough frm last one month tried cough syrup but not cured. Should I go for Ascoril D.

Hi Specialists My sister met with an accident and got minor injury in head and bleeding from nose. So we consultated Nimhans Banglore and they took CT Scans & Xray and finally they told us she is perfect. We asked about bleeding but they told it is normal. After one day she couldn't able to hear in left ear and we consulted ENT specialist who near to me. He asked us to take Temporal CT Scan. In that scan result, we got below *Longitudinal fracture of left petrous temporal bone involving middle ear and 1st genu of facial nerve *dislocation of malleoincudal and incudostapedial joints *undisplaced fracture of squamous part of left temporal bone. *left haemomastoid and hemotympanum. Now my questions is, Is there any possible to cure these mentioned above with only on tablet's without having any surgeries. Please advise.

I had pain in my left ear upon yawning and chewing food and I was diagnosed with inflammation of the TMJ. I was prescribed Tab Actiheal D, BD for 7 days. I forgot to inform doctor that I breastfeed my 18-month old toddler and I am unaware whether the prescribed tablet would be safe. Please guide regarding the same. If it is not safe, then kindly suggest a substitute for the prescribed medicine. Thank you.

I have been prescribed medrol (16mg twice at night for 7 days). As I had a case of tinnitus. And the sound changes when i press my cheek area. Maybe bec of nerve issues. I actually want this tinnitus to go away so damn badly bt at d same time afraid to take medrol after reading abt ao many side effects :|. 1. I am not hypertensive. 2. I'm not diabetic. 3. Didnt check for blood sugar yet. 4. Have a history with anxiety. Also from last week I'm having a dull ache when i press below my right bottom rib, i am afraid something to do with kidney. Its only felt when i touch that area. So, my question is, should starting medrol under the above mentioned conditions will be alright? And is 32mg a higher dose? And another thing does it need to be tapered or i can stop it after a week's usage? And can I go to my office(I'm a corporate trainer btw) without any hassle? Please let me know so I can start the course asap! I'm afraid more about the side effects :(.

After having common cold i feel my left ear blocked though i am able to hear every thing It has been a week it steel feels blocked

On the right side of the nasal septum, there is a white polyp kind of a thing in my nose. It is fully white in colour and looks as if it's filled with pus. It doesn't pain but it hurts a bit if I press it from out or even from inside. It looks like a pimple but I'm quite sure it isn't. It is present since almost 15 days and keeps growing bigger very slowly so it bothers my breathing sometimes. It feels a little hard on touching. And my nasal septum is a little deviated too.

I have heard but also it will shows lpr like condition when I eat food there is phlegm in my throat always

Hi Doc , My daughter suddenly complains on having ear pain all night in both ears . Is this a serious issue or will this go away . She has cold for quite a long time . And we are taking siddha medicine for cold . It is little controlled but not fully cleared . help on this .now she complains on ear pain .

Hello, I've gone through septoplasty DNS and turbinate reduction last week, now I'm feeling some wet in nose and feeling like sneeze it out, it is safe to do so or let it be, its making me diff to breathe in or out.
