Nose blockage
Hello I have problem of nose blockage, i don't have running nose, i have difficulty in breathing because of which i can't sleep. I have been to doctors, some of them suggested operation of sinusitis but i want to avoid it as sinusitis grow again after 2-3 years. My x ray shows mucus on forehead just above eye brows and near nose. I have to do forced breathing thats why is is also difficult to do pranayaam. I am taking steam daily but cant see any progressive result. It is creating lot of problems, please suggest something.

From your history your problem seems to be due to chronic rhinosinusitis. Though mostly the management of this disease is with medicines at times it requires surgery as well. Dont get panicked with surgery. Not all sinuaitis show re occurance. the disease can be successfully cured if it is properly diagnosed and treated

Blocked nose could be because of deviated nasal septum along with chronic sinusitis Sinus recurrence or sugery failure happens only if surgery done Is not good or when there is improper follow up NCCT PNS should be done Share pic of your XRay
