Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello sir/ma'am I have acute tonsillitis and tonsil stones swollen tonsils uneven size  for 2 years now I have taken medicines but it was of no use. And I have been advised for surgery. I wanted to know if there's a way to cure this other than surgery by any mean of medicine ( allopathic, homeopathy, ayurvedic)

I had been to a dentist to look after a ulcer in my mouth and pain in neck he told me I'm having tonsillitis problem And given me Zerodol-SP and Zifi CV 200 I am eating those medicines frome yesterday but there is no effect what should I do ? And plese tell me about diet what should I eat

Just wanted to check if Montek LC is the right medicine for mild sore throat with no symptoms of fever and cough. 10 days back I had little runny nose, so I took Montair FX for 2 days and it was recovered. But few days later, I started having mild throat irritation. When I am trying hard to cough, then a very small mucus comes out. At night while sleeping, it feels something is there in my throat which i keep trying to swallow. Let me know if Montek LC & Flomist Nasal Spray will heal this? Due to Coronavirus outbreak, I am extremely anxious.

Few days back I felt some disturbance (like closed)  on my right ear so I used cifbax ear drops for 2days, later I started to face ear and jaw pain. From Wednesday a water like liquid started to come out from my right ear, after that pains reduced on my jaw but still water coming from ear for past two days. Is it a serious thing to consult doctor or it will recover by itself. Due quarantine I were not going outside that much.

Since 15days i have been suffering from prickling /pin & needle like sensation on the right corner of my throat. It makes me uncomfortable to swallow.  No fever, cough & difficulty in breathing. Took Azithromycin 500 & augmentin 625. Laveta m. But still no recovery.

Sore throat with pain and itching. Happens every year twice with the change in season. Kindly recommend medication for relief...

I had continued sneezing 3 weeks back. Took citrizen and it got reduced. After 6 days I got dry cough. Took tablets and cough syrup from a doctor for 5 days . Still it hasn't reduced and then I consulted physician in Practo I used cheston cold and Allegra M for 3 days. Still I am getting the phlegm. Cough reduced little bit. How can I treat this issue? It's been three weeks. It's not getting better nor worse.

I have continues pain in my ear, & notice dry wax also, not able to remove, so please suggest any Drop or home remedy

Am normal and active person Only coughing comes during nights because of that I couldn't able to sleep...currently am using tus q syrup..but that doesn't relieve me.
