I have diagnosed with acid reflux and on medicine and now feel better but why i feel my throat is tight and sometimes pin needle sensation in throat please help i am worried if anything wrong with me.

Can you send the picture of your throat with mouth open and tongue out side. Say aaaa while clicking picture and keep the flash on.
