Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My daughter 9 years, Seems to have filled ear wax. It can be seen easily from outside. Bcz of that we noticed she is unable to hear clearly from last few days. Can you suggest some ear wax cleaning medicine please.

From today it feels like my ears are closed due to which i feel less sound is coming also feel like a little pressure in ears. Rest everything is ok

Hello Drs, Usually my one nose block mosh of the time and it flips, sometime left nose sometimes right.
