Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from throat pain right side pain and little pain in the chest left side from last two days While speaking and swallowing spit No pain while eating And in nigth I feel heavy in my neck while speaking Today I eat black pepper so I feel so much of irrtation I have no fever no cough no running nose No ear pain And I am mother of 7 month old baby girl and breast feeding Kindly suggest something so I ll get relief

Experiencing pain at the bottom of the jaw. Having a feeling that something is sticking at the surface of the throat pain increased from mild to little high mild. Sometimes getting stroke while swallowing and sometimes dryness of throat. Experiencing sometimes mild pain throughout the affected side neck to till chest.

When I go to bed After two minutes of bed I feel dizzy And the hands and feet start getting cold As a result, I am not getting enough sleep . My body is always very weak now. My BP is 105/80 Pulse 100. What to do doctors please help me.
