Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For last month I am facing issues with eye redness, iching and nose sensation, runny nose. I consulted with one of the doctors online, he gave me some eye drops and anti allergic medicine. Initially I got benefits from it but again after few days I am facing same issues even after using the medicine and drops. Please assist.

My right nostril is blocked , unable to inhale- exhale freely. I am suffering from sinus can anyone suggest best solution.

I have swelling in the tonsils for 2.5 months, I am undergoing treatment with General Physician for 1.5 months. Taking antibiotics has reduced inflammation but increased again. I have been consuming cigarette for 5 years but I have left it for 3 months. I am scared that this cancer is not there. Is it cancer or is it something else. Sursari has increased since yesterday

Please help me... I did tried the exercise to open it but nothing is working, my ears are just not opening. I don't know why this happened to me. Because of this I feel pain in my head 24/7, because of current situation cannot visit a doctor as well, I hear this sound in my ears 24/7. I want to get rid of this, please help me. I am a musician and I have been using my headphones nearly whole day for last 1-1.5 months I am nearly sure this resulted into the production excess earwax and because of it I have started feeling a bit of tinnitus. As the city is under lockdown, I can't go to a doctor for checkup. So I'll put some eardrops tomorrow. So what should I do and how long time do I have till I go to the doctor before the damage starts getting worse Thank you in advance

Had blocked nose, cough, itchy eyes, headache for over 3 months now, but after having several medications all I'm left now is a cough and little running nose, cough is dry but feels wet. Tired of this problem now as it been so long. Please recommend some medicine to completly get rid of this

My throat is sore around from 40 days. Some times it seems to be good but again it is sore.i have take many medicines from medical stores and with these medicines my food pipe get infected but with other medicines food pipe is ok now but sore throat is still there...

My throat is sore from 40days. I. Have taken many medicines from medical stores. With these medicines my food pipe get infected then they gave me Amoxicillin 625mg...and betasol and one syrup. With this my food  pipe was ok and sore throat was also ok but still it was not completely ok. After few days say 4-5 days sore throat was again back. Then from another medical store, they gave me Azithromycin 250mg, numisulide, levocitrizine, betadine gargle. But when i taken 1st dose i feel pain in food pipe and stop using this medicine. Also when i gargle with betadine i feel my sore throat more severe and i stop this also. Then 4-5 days i have not taken any medicine. But my sore throat still there. Then again I start Amoxicillin, potassium and lactic acid baccillus tablet from store and taken one dose at 4pm and 2nd dose on 10pm but now at 12:30 my stomach get infected. Now i have taken acilog 300mg. Pls Dr. Tell me the right way how can i get relieve from my sore throat...
