About my nasal problem

Sometimes or within a interval of one monthi feel pain in only one nostril..and pain in brow bone and eyelid of that same side .with sneezing nd little bit of congestion
Also with ear itching nd throat irritation
And when i clear my nasal mucous sometimes very occasionly i notice very tiny drop of blood with nasal mucous
