Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Respected sir/mam In my report my MPV is 11.8 H. What is the average MPV for human being. Is 11.8 H MPV dangerous or not. Can 11.8 H MPV is the sign of Cancer like disease. Here I am attaching my Report.

I feel like - heaviness and stretch in the throat and neck - feeling of something stuck in my throat - a lump under the chin only when I touch the place no any physical appearance - thick skin under the chin and neck - swollen tonsils I have hypothyroidism Anti -TPO 208.4 IU/ml ( last week report ) T3/T4/Tsh is normal , I am taking thyroxin sodium 50 mcg I have vitamin B12 & D3 deficiency , was on medications for 3 months , just ended the course before 15-20 days No sallowing issues , no pain just a stretch and it makes me feel irritated.

I am having irritation in my throat for past 2.5 months. There is no cough, no fever whatsoever. Very little mucus comes out when try to cough because of irritation. Is it GERD or anything else? I already had ANTACID for 2 weeks but no respite. Help me.

I have feeling of something stuck in my throat for last 16 days. Then chest pain started. Consultated ENT specialist who diagnosed Acid Reflux and prescribed Cap. Pan D & Syp. Sucrafil 1000mg twice for 7 days. Chest pain has reduced, though resurface sometimes, but throat has not improved.. there seems to be wound in throat now.. redness and white spot is there in throat.. apart from this right side ear pain has started... Which radiates to entire left side face and jaw.. is this throat ulcer? Progressed from Acid Reflux? I am continuing with the prescribed treatment.. and bitadine gargles.. please advise treatment for relief of throat issue and ear etc pain ? Pain is getting worse..

On 14 may infection occured..on 29 may updated report uploaded here.. doctor say 50% right ear  hear loss and 20 % left ear hear loss after testing. Past History is minor surgery of right ear. is everuthing ok now or more medicine required
