Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My 4 year daughter, She hs pain in ear and bit swelling at back outer. Given earwell drop but seems no marginal relief. Kindly help me and suggest medicine during this lock down. Pls pls pls. I m from kanpur dehat and have no specialist doctor near me. Pls help 😩🙏

She is suffering from Wilson disease, we are treating her frm global hospital fr d same, it's lifelong medication bt sumtyms her nose bleeds her Dr says it's nrml bt r worried is it ok? Like if she gets a push or touch on nose it bleeds

Day before yesterday i took pan d after dinner by mistake..i suffered from acidity for last one month but it was better after i finished the 10 day course of mucaine gel and tab sompraz. But after taking pan d by mistake i have been suffering from throat and neck tightness because of which i also find difficult to breath while eating ..and mild breathing issues normally. I consumed a lot of banana and cold curd prior to this also.. please guide me how to get rid of this

I had a 1cm swollen lymph node in my neck. Fnac report was normal. One day i was massaging that area and it suddenly disappeared. After one day it again come back and also some other lymph nodes below it. It is now almost 5 months since that and it is not going.
