Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have throat discomfort for more than 2 months. In between it was fine when I taken Allegra-M and neurobion forte. But now a medication didn't works and. I feel spikes likes feelings in my neck around throat sometimes left sometime right up and downwards. I consult 4-5 doctors also but not get fully relief and recurred again and again . Kindly suggest me good medicines or any diagnosis if required . I am a non smoker and pure vegetarian.

I cleaned my ear by myself thoroughly and then the next day, i saw a color green in cotton buds and it pains a lot in my left ear. I can hear a hissing sound in my left ear. It's on 3 days now. I went to a Doctor but he gave me an ear drop but is not available on drugstore which is the Polymixin B Hopefully an ear drop will do or an antibiotic name Please help.

My dad, 70 yrs old is experiencing slight ear pain n headache on right side, had a cataract surgery 3 months back, any suggest any medicine or ear drops prescription, thank you.

I used to have post nasal drip of yellow, now I have clear discharge. Nasal congestion, sinus pain, itchy throat/eyes is there. This is sinusitis or allergic rhinitis?

Sometimes I am inhaling air through mouth because of cold, one fine day visited doctor in 2018 he confirmed you are having nasal polyps..he suggested for surgery post checking my CT scan....CT scan reports shows my right nostril is blocked after that I am using nasal sprays to unblock.... now is 2020 I am unable to inhale through right nostril as it is completely blocked sometimes hardly unblocked ...also some water is coming frequently.... can anyone suggest how to proceed further .......meanwhile just for a relief can anyone suggest medication for my problem to unblock my right nostril...it would be great help for me

I'm suffering from cough with mucus from last 40 - 50 days . And I have diabetes too. Please prescribe some medicines which I can buy online moreover it should cure me from cough.
