Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had pain in my neck from two days at one point it is not continuous and I also have problem while swallowing food what is the cause of it ?

I had a fever of 100.4F and acute headache 3 days back that lasted one day. Now I feel heaviness in the head and my sense of smell is gone but no fever or cough. I have tried steaming and hot compress on the head. Please guide

My throat is sore (left side of it) since last night. However there is no fever or anything. My throat is usually sensitive

Enclosed please find the attached usg report of back of neck . This swelling is persist from November-19 which is mostly soft & rubbery,  no apparent weight loss & no fever . What is this swelling lymph node can be lipoma ? . As per usg what suspects  any bad news & share the opinion as per the attached current affected area.  I am scared about this .

Pain right side of throat and mucus in throat but after gargle of salt, relieve from pain and sore throat.

I'm having some symptoms due to over anxiety since 2 months. Here are my symptoms 1. Daily morning one time loose stool (sometimes mucus) 2. Dizziness and feeling mentally week all the time 3. Having frequent stomach burping and something passing from stomach to throat 4. Feeling sore throat in morning while waking up (uluva touching my tongue and mouth feels dry sometimes) 5. Having some bitter taste rarely whenever I eat 6. Not getting proper sleep since lockdown and frequently waking up at night(due to anxiousness) 7. Often checking some symptoms in internet and it's throwing very serious health issues. Note: I don't have any fever, cold or severe headache as of now.
