Sore sticky throat
From the last 3 days, suffer from sore and sticky throat and no other problems like cold cough and fever. Use 3-4 glass turmeric hot water to drink a day but condition not improving. Normal fluid intake 3-4 ltr. For a moment feel like choking of throat and difficulty in breathing but clear with deep breathing. Need Help.

Soreness of throat, stickyness, choking etc looks like an infection setting in. Can start warm water gargles. Also reduce spicy and oily food. Don’t really need to drink 3-4 ltr water per day.
