Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering block nose and discharge of greenish water from right nose from long time. I have taken anti allergic medicines like citragen but it still persists.

Since 3 years or so i hv this very dry phylem always sticking at the back of my throat . And nose lining gets dry too Some times i have to remove the thick cough with the help of my fingers . I went to alot doctors . Took online consultation too from practo they gave me some meds but didn't helped any suggestions..

I have mild pain in this part which i show in pic and also had heaviness I went to ENT DOCTOR he check and give me some medicine(C-klave 325,contranac-P,VOM-RD)*2 and one tablet at night that is KAST to take.i take as per dr said but after taking night dose today i feel fatigue not body pain not anything like fever but i feel fatigue or loose body.kindly tell me is it because of high dose or anything else? One more thing now i dont have heaviness but mild pain

DUE to Tobacco chewing, osmf III developed 6 months back. Now ulcers on lips and tongue beneath area are developed with painful tendency. mouth burning sensation inside the cheeks Heavy watering Unable to take lukewarm water and food items. Under the root of teeth upto lips painful. Remedies for cure please suggest.

Small growth over the plate. The growth is 1 cm . No pain on the growth please help me...,... ...sir.

I asked about ear infection yesterday. I couldn't sleep coz of lot of pain. So I went to the clinic to see an ENT doctor. So issue is related to something I did two days back. I used some kind of needle and scratched corner of my ear. The doctor said that due to that some follicle issue has occured in my that area of ear as the hair in that area were scratched or came of, I exactly don't remember what he said but I think he did mention furuncle. He recommended me some medicines and said it should be fine by tomorrow. Those medicine did work when I had them in morning and they worked till evening. But by evening the pain returned. I thought maybe it's because of the medicine that I am yet to take at night. So I ate dinner and had that same med of morning in my night dosage. The pain didn't reduce much this time though and the pain is still so much that I am up right now texting about it. I am sharing the latest report hoping is someone to help me here please. The pain is too much.

Dr. I had consulted an e.n.t before I was diagnosed with l.p.r I was feeling a lump like sensation in my throat and no other symptoms.he prescribed me medicine for 10 days but lump was still present...I went again to him he just changed the medicine .I felt better but it was still not completely gone .. Then I called him again , so he asked me to do videolaryngoscopy ..after doing the test he told me there was just a swelling in my vocal chords nothing else ....but m still feeling that lump in my throat ..it keeps coming and going and  I have minor ear pain . please help me to get rid of that lump feeling

I have this cold causing itching in my eyes ears and palate since 20 days I have used lots of anti histamine drugs including Monte levo ebastine I have no relief since 20 days I can't sleep I can't concentrate

I have consistent mucus for past 1 month. No cough, no fever. When trying hard, then very little jelly like mucus coming out. Little dry sore throat is also there erratically. Please help
