Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Last year I had dns surgery in Apollo chennai. I did not have any major problem after that. Recently Whenever I stay in AC or in cold , there is no running nose which was very freque nt before the dns surgery, I have pain in forehead and above that level in two side. Sinarest nasal drop give me some relief. What should be done for longterm basis.

From last one month I am facing the problem of Throat pain, it is started with excessive Burping and acidity now acidity is in control but still I had mild pain in my Throat and it is continuoes through out the day Follow medicine is taken but it is temporarily relief. 1) Allegra 2) Enzomac 3) Rabcip

Dull aching pain below right jaw, not from bone, cannot feel any swelling, also not in tonsil area, In middle part below right jaw, area little sore also, also sometimes feel pain in tube like structure of throat, smoking habit

Is 0.8*0.5cm Posterior lymph nodes swelling abnormal. Doctor said it is ok. But it is clearly visible and is bulging out of skin.

While shallowing sometimes i feel like there is mucus/ phlegm stuck on throat, sometime clearing the throat its comes out or back from nose. . Any suggestions. .
